چکیده
Background: The present study is a retrospective observational analysis of patients diagnosed with DLBCL and T cell lymphoma during the period January 2011 to December 2015 at Malabar Cancer Centre, Thalassery. Several studies have shown that ALC LMR can be used as prognostic indicators for diagnosis, treatment survival in DLBCL. But there were very few done on correlation these parameters lymphoma. So we analysed influence haematological both lymphomas. primary objective was correlate predictors Methods: We total cases 108 25 determine changes including WBC count, Platelet Hb, HCT, lymphocyte monocyte ALC, AMC ratio diffuse large B lymphomas before after chemotherapy. Results: results showed significant decrease (p˂ 0.05) blood platelet counts chemotherapy female decreased (0.69 ± 0.36 0.53 0.31; p-value = 0.023) this highly significant. also increased (3.47 3.05 5.22 4.34; 0.048) Conclusion: Haematological marker predicting extent disease progression effectiveness adopted.

The Evaluation of Immunophenotypes in Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma: A Single Center Study
Background: Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is an aggressive malignancy of mature B lymphocytes. It is known as a heterogeneous disease with variable therapeutic responses and alternative therapies. Morphological and immunophenotypical evaluation of the biopsy specimens can help diagnose DLBCL. Methods: In the current study, 44 patients were chosen from Shaheed Sadoghi Hospital (2010&nda...
متن کاملA Case Report of a Metastatic Primary Gastric Lymphoma; Diffuse Large B-Cell or Burkitt Lymphoma?
Introduction: Primary gastric lymphoma (PGL) is a rare tumor, whose differential diagnosis may become complicated without precise immunohistochemistry (IHC) and genetic analysis. Case Presentation: A 33-year-old woman presented with gastric cancer and had undergone gastrectomy without precise IHC and staging in another center. Inappropriate IHC after surgery showed diffuse large B-cell lymphom...
متن کاملHISTIOCYTE-RICH B-CELL LYMPHOMA: A CASE REPORT OF A RARE VARIANT OF DIFFUSE LARGE B-CELL LYMPHOMA
The authors describe a case of histiocyte-rich B-cell lymphoma (HR-BCL), a variant of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, in a 51-year-old man. The patient presented with large axillary lymphadenopathy. Histopathologic and immunohistochemical examination of lymph node biopsy revealed diffuse effacement of the lymph node architecture by reactive histiocytes and neoplastic CD20 positive B cells. ...

متن کاملmiR-4284 and miR-4484 as Putative Biomarkers for Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma
Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma is the most common type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are endogenous small RNA, which can regulate gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. MiRNA profiling has shown a great potential as novel diagnostic and prognostic biomarkers. The present study was performed at the Nemazee Teaching Hospital (Shiraz, Iran) from 2011 to 2013.The aim of thi...
